Within Australia, we offer free express shipping for orders over $100 and free standard shipping on all orders over $80.

For orders under $100, standard shipping is $8.90. Express post shipping within Australia is $11.90.

Our warehouse is not open on weekends or public holidays. During holiday periods, delivery will depend on Australia Post's Holiday Schedule. Please check the Australia Post website prior to placing your order for impact on deliveries during these periods.

If you have placed an order and the address shown on the screen is incorrect, please email info@bonitastore.com.au ASAP to give us the correct details.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Due to hygiene reasons, change of mind returns do not apply to earrings or hair accessories.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges to return any unwanted items.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 15 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
